How to Print and Save Your PDF Printables
This page will walk you step-by-step through printing at Actual Size, typing on editable pages, and saving your personalized PDF printables correctly.
STEP 1: ALWAYS PRINT AT ACTUAL SIZE
This is the most important step.
When printing candy bar wrappers, bag toppers, or any sized item, always choose Actual Size.
If you select “Shrink to Fit” or similar options, your printable may print too small and will not fit properly.

STEP 2: HOW TO TYPE ON EDITABLE PDF PRINTABLES
Click inside a blue text box or over the sample text.
Delete the sample wording and type your own message.
Font style cannot be changed. Font size adjusts automatically where possible.
Many pages are editable so you can personalize names, greetings, and sentiments.
STEP 3: HOW TO SAVE YOUR PDF PRINTABLES WITH YOUR CHANGES
In Google Chrome
Click the Download icon in the top right corner.
Select "With Your Changes" and click Save.
In Microsoft Edge
Click the Save As icon and then click Save.
In Acrobat Reader
Click File, then Save As, and click Save.
