How to Print PDF Files
Directions for Acrobat Reader
Important:
You can print PDF files in Acrobat Reader or in your web browser (such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge). For the most accurate sizing, select Actual Size.
Printing at Actual Size (100%)
Step 1 – Open the PDF
Open your printable PDF in Acrobat Reader.
You do not need any editing tools to use the printable.

Step 2 – Click the Print Icon
Click the Print icon.

Step 3 – Select Actual Size
Under Page Sizing & Handling, choose Actual Size. Make sure Fit or Shrink oversized pages is NOT selected.
Under Orientation, select Auto.

Step 4 – Click Print
Click Print to print at the correct size.
Printing Full Page Size (Borderless)
Step 1 – Open Printer Properties
Click Print, then select Properties or Preferences.

Step 2 – Enable Borderless Printing
Under Printer Features, check Borderless. Make sure you are still printing at Actual Size. Click OK.

Step 3 – Click Print
Click Print to print your document in full-page size with no borders.
Your printable will now print at full size.
