This digital-use license is limited to Clipart and Templates only.
All other products can only be used to make tangible products.
They may not be sold as digital downloads.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE:

You will need an image editing software like Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or other software.

There is also a free program called GIMP that may meet your needs.
