If you plan to create printables, you'll need a graphic program like Paint Shop Pro, Print Master and other graphics programs.

Digital Craft Templates are sort of half-finished products, you will need to use a graphic program to make a complete product. But if you only intend to print papers, you don't need a special graphic program. Printable papers are also included. You can print them out in Acrobat Reader.
