PRINTING TIPS FOR IE 7, 8 and Firefox:
Please make sure you print at 100% and not at "Fit to Page".
This is important, because "Fit to Page" shrinks graphics and instead of
a 4"x6" recipe card, you'll end up with a 3-1/2 by 5-1/2 inch card.
