Cut out, score and fold on the lines. I recommend you to first score the fold lines to make crisp folds. Place a ruler along the fold line, it will guide your knife in making a straight score. You can use a butter knife, it works great. To cut away an inside area of the handles, I first cut an opening with an X-acto knife, then I use a pair of small and sharp scissors to carefully cut out the white area. SAMPLE
