RECIPE CARD TEMPLATES FOR MS WORD (For Microsoft® Word on a Windows® system)
Templates come with embedded pictures and customizable text areas so you can create your own recipe cards. Template work with Microsoft® Word on a Windows® system (97 or higher).

E-BOOK (PDF) TEMPLATES
If you don't have MS Word, you can use (e-book) PDF templates for Acrobat Reader (or other PDF readers). You can downlod the latest version for free: Click here.

PDF TEMPLATES - Internet Explorer
Open the main page where all templates are listed, using Internet Explorer, and templates will automatically open for you in Acrobat Reader.

PDF TEMPLATES - Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
You can use both browsers to view and print templates. However there are many limitations.
In Google Chrome, you cannot save your recipes.
And in Microsoft Edge, text appears very tiny. Follow this easy setup on how to open files in Acrobat Reader using these browsers.





EDIT TEXT
Simply delete the portion where my text appears (Recipes, Serves, From the Kitchen of, Ingredients, Directions.) and type your recipes.
Personalize e-books with your recipes.

Font styles cannot be changed, unless noted otherwise.
Font size is automatically resized wherever possible.


SAVE YOUR RECIPES
You can save recipes in Acrobat Reader. Click on file and select save as.


How to use Acrobat Reader in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

By default, all web browsers use a built-in PDF viewer to open PDFs.
However there are many limitations. For example, in Google Chrome, you cannot save your recipes. And in Microsoft Edge, text appears very tiny. The good news is that you can use Acrobat Reader to display PDFs.


Here's how:



1 GOOGLE CHROME


1. Download Acrobat Reader Chrome extension here.
It's a very small file and will download in a jiffy.


2. Click Add to Chrome button.

3. Click Add extension.

You can now open templates in Acrobat Reader!


Simply select "Open in Acrobat Reader".
Example:



2 MICROSOFT EDGE


1. Click on the three dots at the top of the page.


2. Select Open with INTERNET EXPLORER.*


That's all.





PRINTING

Below you'll find "directions" on how to print in different programs.

Please always check that you are printing at actual size - 100%.
And if you see something like "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Page", please uncheck those options.


How to Print in ACROBAT READER.

1 Click the Print button.
2 A Print Window will open next. Please select:
✅ ACTUAL SIZE
✅ AUTO PORTRAIT / LANDSCAPE
3 Click Print.

How to Print in Google Chrome.

1 Click the Print button.
2 A Print Preview will open next. If checked, please uncheck:
❌ FIT TO PAGE
3 Click Print.

OR

1 Click the Print button and you'll see a Print Preview Screen.
2 Click the "MORE SETTINGS" link.


3 Change the following:
SCALE should be set to: 100
❌ Uncheck the HEADERS AND FOOTERS.
(EXAMPLE)
3 Click Print.




How to print in Microsoft Edge

1 Click the Print Button and a Print Preview will open.
2 Change these settings:
SCALE should be set to: 100
❌ Uncheck the HEADERS AND FOOTERS.
MARGINS should be set to "Normal"
3 Click Print.
