PRINTING QUALITY


Try increasing the print quality to Quality or Best and your printed copy will look MUCH better.


To set up your printer to print at a higher quality than its default, follow the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: The following is provided as a guideline only. Please refer to your specific printers User Guide for the appropriate settings.

FOR HP PRINTERS

  1. With the graphic that you want to print open in the browser window, click FILE and then PRINT from the top menu.



  2. This will open a new window with a "Print Dialog Box" window.



  3. Go to SETUP tab.


  4. Set Print Quality to BEST.


  5. Click OK to close the dialog box and save the settings.


  6. Finally, click PRINT. The printed copy should be much sharper.



FOR EPSON PRINTERS

  1. With the printable (that you want to print) open in the browser window, click FILE and then PRINT from the top menu.



  2. This will open a new window with a "Print Dialog Box" window.
    It may look something like this:

    Click the PREFERENCES or PROPERTIES button.


  3. You should now see a "PRINTING PREFERENCES / PROPERTIES" window.


  4. There, set Print Quality to FINE.


  5. Click OK to close the dialog box and save the settings.


  6. Finally, click PRINT. The printed copy should be much sharper.
