Always "Print Preview" beofre Printing
Are you using an AOL Browser?
This will save you time, paper and ink color.

  1. Under the File Menu highlight Print Preview



  2. A "Print Preview" box should pop up. It may look like this:


    If it looks the way you want it to, start printing, just click the "Print" button.


    If it doesn't, for instance, if one side is being "cut off", set the margins to 0.25, click here to learn how to do this.

    If you're printing recipe cards, also try to decrease or increase text size.




    AOL
    If you're using an AOL browser (newer version), just open a recipe (or printables) you want to print.
    Select File and highlight Print Preview.


    Now click the Page Setup button next to the Print button.

    Page setup will open and then change margins to 0.25 or any minimum that your printer supports. You only have to do this once.
