  1. Open any printable. (For a better quality printout open printables located in the folder named "large" .)


  2. On the File menu, click Print Preview.


  3. You will see a "Print Preview" window with several options.
    It may look something like this:


    This is a screenshot of the recipe packet I see in the print area.
    It appears "cut off" on two sides, I'll change the layout to landscape so it will print completely.


  4. First, click the SETUP icon to change to landscape paper orientation. In this case changing to landsape is enough as the recipe packet now fits into printable area and will print out right.


    5. But let's try to enlarge the packet (or reduce it).
    To do this, click the "RESIZE" icon, located next to the setup icon.


    You'll see 8 "handling corners" surrounding a graphic. Drag the bottom right handle to the right until the edge of the printable area (marked with red) to enlarge it. Or to the left to make it smaller.

  5. Once you like your result, click print.
