Print onto card stock, cut out, fold the topped in half. Place kit contents and survival sheet in a clear plastic bag (4" wide). Place the topper over top of plastic bag, staple toghether. Or punch two holes and tie topper closed with ribbon. Kit contents for a student: Chocolate kiss(es), Eraser, Lollipop, Mounds bar, Rubber band, Toothpick, Happy face stickers, Gum. Kit contents for a teacher: Sugar Packet, Marker Pen, Starburst, Eraser, Mint, Tea Bag, Smarties, Hugs & Kisses, Crayon.
